Same here. Not hardcore but do watch the carbs. If I overdo it, I try to make up for it the next day. I am 6'. Slowly crept up to 190 and a 36" pants. Now 160 and a 32" . Same size as in high school. About a year ago I posted a pic on me wearing my navy uniform from 50 years ago.
My wife makes our pizza using the carb free wraps instead of a traditional crust. A pretty good substitute.
