S.E. Iowa | I bought another farm a little over a year ago and needed life insurance. Being 56 overweight isn't a good recipe to get life insurance. I started at 260 and crash keto dieted so when they came to do my physical I was 238. Trying to get a better rate I applied for another policy. Nurse just left and I am 214.2 lbs. I am not hardcore keto but really watch carbs. No exercise routine for me now but would like to. I was looking for a way to get better and reading things John posted has worked. Thank you John for your posts and KEEP it up!
Edit I am 6 ft 2 inches so I am not real short and most people didn't think I was over weight.
