Wife and I were dryer (as in clothes dryer) mechanics today and Youtube to the rescue. This was actually the second time we have been into it but had to watch the video again to remember what to take apart first and how to get it apart. Reminds me of Marks comments above about dementia and memory problems. The little roller wheels that carry the drum seem to be a weak point. After paying the service guy two trips out each time for a couple times to replace the silly little bushing wheels, decided we could do it ourselves. Took us a couple hours the first time and only about an hour this time. Parts from Amazon.
