Texas & western Iowa | I've recovered from a partial rotator cuff tear that bothered me a lot. I had an MRI done around in March 2020. The doctors said mine wasn't bad enough for surgery. That it had to be a certain percentage torn. Seems like it was 70%, but don't recall for sure.
Instead, they ordered 6 weeks of physical therapy. So far so good. Feel pretty much back to normal. The PT also suggested Voltarin cream which just became OTC. I think it's helped also.
