Subject: RE: who grows corn without using NH3?

Missouri river bottom south of Sioux City, IA
It’s a 60 foot bar with 24 coulters. Three sections so I used 1 inch ID hose off those three valves to the rows. Each valve handles 8 coulters. From there I put the plumbing you see in the pic.

The screen and orifice for the Y drops are in the check valve. From there it goes into the push-in two way divider and then though my Y tube frame. On the other end of the plumbing is a hose barb. A half inch hose goes on that to the coulter with a check valve about a foot from the screen and orifice. I did check the flow out of the two Y drops hoses on the rows and they were close to the same flow. If it was an issue I could come off the push-in two way divider and use two check valves to each side of the Y drop. I think I was running about 25 psi.

I plan on putting a few more of these together for area farmers.
