 Frytown, Iowa | So I don’t have a sous vide but I want to try it. How realistic do you think I could pull this off with a zip lock baggie, 140 temp water from kettle and 170 degree warm and hold setting on oven?
If I put the steak in a zip lock baggie and push all the air out then heat up the oven to 170 and water in the stove top to 140 then immerse the steak in the water and set in the oven do you think I could pull off the sous vide poverty hillbilly style? I want to eat good too ya know!
