Break it down however you choose but netting more in 2012 than you gross in 2020 even I’m smart enough to figure out which is more profitable
There's a reason you were able to net so much back then. A good chunk of farm country got whacked. If you happened to be fortunate enough to not be in that area I wouldn't be bragging about it today. Just count your lucky stars. You were the anomaly...........not the norm.
