It’s more like, money is to easy to get. That’s what happened back in the late 70s and early 80s and you know or heard of the rest of the story. Today if your warm you can borrow money and as far as credit cards just ask and it will be given. Looking back to 01, I’m worth more which I should be, but as far as cash flow probably not or the same. Take land prices back to 01 prices and I bet there would be a world of hurt.
