Subject: RE: regenerative ag vs sustainable ag Need your opinion...

Marketers needed a new buzz word so they went from sustainable to regenerative. Neither of them have an exact definition.
Conventional ag is most widely practiced. Which in my definition is monocropping corn or corn/bean alternation, synthetic fertilizer, pesticides and fungicides.
I am a 29 year old organic producer and have only been certified for 2 years. I do my best to have a diverse crop rotation and improve soil health.
Trying to manipulate your operation to meet certain production standards might not be the best practice either as each area and soil type are different.
