Ehoff is preaching risk manangement , not "play the board". Maybe preaching is the wrong word. He is also suggesting taking control of your own destiny -i.e. take time to study the market. You might think you are too busy to study the market , many say it , when in truth you just don't want to do it. I will admit , risk management isn't sexy , kinda boring , but pays big dividends.
