You are telling us that you saw #3 Yc unloading off of a vessel in China that was unrecognizable?
When grain is loaded onto a vessel at a U.S. port there is a federal grain inspector there grading the grain going onto that vessel. Either the contract allowed for what you saw, or the grain went bad after it left U.S. shores, or the Chinese pulled one over on you or I misunderstood your story because grain doesn’t get loaded out of contract specification.
I’ve heard same story’s from others before not sure how much of it’s true but I wouldn’t doubt anything anymore |
