He is not talking about playing the board. He is saying you should use the board as a risk management tool. There is a big difference between playing the board and making good hedges to reduce some risk or to gain some carry. I am guessing the guys that you talk about that went broke where playing the board trying to get rich quick and not to make sound business decisions. |
