Western illinois | Yes, different discs for different sizes. Most guys I know never changed discs, but were very picky about their seed size. I had a 6180 and I don’t think that was one of their better designs. It was an electrical nightmare at times. Also it seemed to be built lighter than others. Such as 3/4” drive shafts instead of 7/8” and cotter pin couplers that sheared. Light wheel bearings, etc. The newer models appear to be heavier. I would not recommend a 61xx. | |
