Not really sure. I suspect it has something to do with the location and size of the intake screen. Just guessing here, but from what I have seen the intake surface area is much larger if you add up all the row units on a vac planter vs the intake size on the White blower......

I decided on Deere back then, and don't regret it. I have had a husk or 2 on a vac meter before, but nothing that would show on the monitor, just something I see when I am filling the planter and such.
