The moisture is slightly better (drier) on starter plots, slightly. These plots should come off when corn is in the lower 20's at the driest to find differences. Historically this plot comes off as the last thing of the year because we take 3+ hours to harvest about 5 acres. I would bet there would be a bigger spread like you see if I did that.
Any unintended starter test plot results out there?
