Gambrel roof on top leave bottom a open pole building. Build near bank if you have any then steps are only 3 or 4 to ground instead of climbing stairs to 2nd floor with everything. Was in one years ago that was 3 stories with 3rd being a loft. My brother lives in one and it is a little small but layer out nice.
