ECIL | I read all the replies and noticed the assumption of an invoice or bill. Is the debt documented and signed by the buyer? Are any terms such as a due date or interest stated?
I'd keep it off FB and approach him in person with the signed bill if available and seek full payment. If he cannot pay immediately set up payment on terms with a signed agreement and both of you. Be sure to include he pays all your legal and court costs you may incur if you need to take him to court if needed. Follow through if you need to.
