Ripley Ont | I'm 21 years old and didn't go to school and have had to work hard for the 560 ac I run of my own. I started driving a 7720 at 12, was told I couldnt go to a baseball game at 15 because I had to run the 9650. I don't have time to go party every weekend because I'm busy making sure everything thing is greased and ready to go for Monday. Northmofarm I can pass a drug test with flying colors. Not all young people are useless truck drivers and pig barn watchers. In my area there are 5 of my close friends and myself all want to be farmers.
Just want to say not all young people are gressballs. I own 100 ac I bought at 20 and make all my own input and marketing decisions since I rented my first farm at 18. Dads there to give advice or help when I need it but he trust my judgment. I'm glade I grew up the way I did and where I did. Proud to be a farmer not a gressball.
