What was your motivation to make those decisions that I would say are management decisions (whether to weld something up or go on a parts run in the morning)? What age were you when you were making decisions like that? I'll be honest and say that when I was in high school I never made decisions like that and I would have done a terrible job had I been asked to make decisions like that. Ownership in the operation was my motivation to want to keep going when it was 2 AM during planting season. Ownership in the operation was my motivation to start thinking about the management aspect of things. Did you have ownership in the operation at a young age or what was your motivation?
