Pay is not the problem around here either... its finding people that have a work ethic and can find a way to SHOW UP to work! lol!

We are very fortunate to have a part time guy help us (has a full time other job) but I have never seen anyone who knows how to work better then this guy. He hates to be cooped up inside so farming is perfect for a hobby! He never misses a day of work when he is on 3rd shift in the summer, so his boss gives him free reign to take time off in the spring and fall to help us... he accumulates a lot of time off working third shift. He uses that vacation time at work to come help us during the busy times. I wish there were more people like him around... but I am pretty sure he's one of a kind.

Sounds like your working him to death!

Offer him a job/chance to work into your operation.
