Go out and get an education and some management experience and then come back.
You can hire an agronomist. You can hire someone who knows cattle. You can't hire someone to punch a calculator on whether to hire something done, or fix something or go buy new etc. in the heat of the moment...
Not to knock agronomy or animal science but management, people, money and assets are every bit as integral if not more integral than the ability to scout your own crops and AI your own cattle... |
