I think you are 100% right. Farmers complain about help but want to pay them little. I don't want anybody on my farm that is only worth $10-$12 an hr. Quality people demand a quality wage. In this day with how much income is on the line and how many $ equipment costs, it seems like labor is not a place to be cheap.
