Look at Reichhardt.com they use GPS in some application and then incorprate other sensors when it comes time to follow the crop. Example till soil and plant with GPS, follow rows trams with Ultra Sound, then harvest Grains, Soybeans with GPS, Harvest corn with TAC sensor. and other root crops with Mechanical sensor or Ultra sound. Plus one controller will hold information of eight vehicles it is easy to move around, It also drives Hydraulic valve, E motors on steering wheel, and will also drive ATU from Deere.
