NC Iowa | had doc appt., and found out b12 level was way way low. i have about 9 out of the 10 main symptoms too, so i sort of believe them. i noticed things didn't seem right about 2 years ago, but sort of blamed it on just getting older. i started going in for shots today. sounds like i need 1 a day for 10 days, then 1 a week for a while, them 1 a month forever. glad they caught it, as sounds like permanent damage can occur if left untreated.
any idea how long it takes for the shots to 'kick in'? is the medicine available through drug store, ect., so i can self inject, sort of like insulin is?
