| I used to drink 2-3 diet Cokes everyday, more during planting and harvest. I used to joke that the combine ran on diet Coke.
After reading the study linking artificial sweeteners with dementia and other ailments my wife and I stopped completely. I can't say that I really feel any better physically, but I don't miss it at all. I will now have maybe 2-3 a month. My drink of choice and my source of caffeine has become unsweet tea. I have an insulated travel mug of that around all day. | |
