I'm up to 5-6/year. Take coffee black. Try to eliminate glucose and frutcose from my diet. For me biggest culprit is pasta, ketchup. Have had one ice cream serving since 2016.
I'm doing all the things my parents tried to get me to do 20 yrs ago. Drinking tea, eating healthy meals, no desert, exercising....
