Liberty, MO | Pretty much gave up soda pop, (Root Beer or Sprite )when I quit smoking 8-1-2017. Still like a mug of hot French Vanilla Capucino from Quik Trip or Kum & Go, Casey’s is just not as good , but will work if nothing else available. Very lucky I haven’t gained weight, BUT I’m watching my A1C very close, fact of matter I’ve lost a little, but not enough, trying to stick a finger once a day and stay off anymore meds, .and lose weight.
