North of London | Same in this area but we have several large dairy operations and several of them have kids back on the farm so need more land and livestock to keep everyone paid.
Not sure land has ever been cheap enough to pencil out when the purchase happened
The problems will be when buyers are all tapped out for many reasons and a property does not sell OR sells for less than everyone thought.
Then the problems will start for those who have stretched things too far.
I understand there has been a cut in quota, that could be the beginning if it continues. | |
