North of London | I see Saskatchewan has the largest % rise in land prices in Canada in 2017 but some of that land in BC is top for price.
Not sure what they are growing on that $166,900 per acre land except houses.
And that is supposed to exclude the top %5 of sales
Recent sale near me by tender.
I have good knowledge of the bids by #3 & #4 tenders and they were both over $18,000 per acre so waiting to hear what #1 actually paid.
