Yes I herd that the buyer is horse trading for a farm close to him with a organic farmer that has land near the tender farm. The 200 I was told had 2 tenders submitted and they accepted one. I would agree that it would have 4 + in front of it. My brother had herd if they didn't receive a good tender they wouldn't let it go and apply for a severance and put them back up.
