Ripley, Ontario Canada | I actually do hope the high prices bite them in the ass, I don't care what crop you are growing in Ont, except maybe some veg crops, $18 000 + dirt doesn't work.
Land around me is roughly half that price and if you want to be honest about costs, use a real interest rate (5-7%) that is still at least double what land should be worth.
Not sure what it will take to knock these people down, but I am working at paying for what I have, and reducing debt where I can, with the hope that at some point when things blow up I might be able to grab some crumbs on the way by. | |
