BC real estate is sending the welfare cases into our area. Were strictly Ag area and good drive from a decent city. Not much happening other than farming or services. So a half decent 35 yr old house is in the 40 to 80k range. So they sell their place in the Fraser Valley, buy a house, new vehicle and pocket 300K.
