Subject: RE: #agoutlook and Farm Bill

SEIL
I put on my bootstraps after the '88 drought without crop insurance. Did it again in '91. I enjoy price fluctuation. I sincerely believe I would make more money with more volatile markets. Can't be sure but would love to try?

I do not believe the consumers (including me) are entitled to $2.00 milk, $2.00 hamburger and $2.00 gasoline. I do not believe farmers (including me) are entitled to having the taxpayers afford us crop insurance.

I have put on my bootstraps many times and can again if needed. I know many others that could faster/better than me. I also know many others that could not. Can you?

I do not want a farm bill.
