Sorry connan, I am not buying it. Since 2012 they are forecasting 3 million acres less then the lowest total acres in 5 years. Acres don't disappear without some sort of reserve. More crp is taken out of enrollment every year, where does it go. You can't increase that much hay ground and silage each year.
