SW MO | See all of these farms for sale in South Dakota. What is land going for up there? Obviously I have roots and cant exactly up and move, but sometimes it is real tempting, especially if i could farm full time. See lots of big farms for sale, could one from down here sell land for $2500 plus and double or even triple acres? There has to be something undesirable about it or it wouldn't be for sale all the time, but it makes one wonder.... Thanks | |
