SESD | Set me straight here coup as I'm not quite following your numbers here.
If I have 100k to spend at the end of the year and don't spend it, then I only have 65k after the first of the year according to your numbers(35%). Even at your 25% savings after the first of the year, you are 10k short. You need 75k and only have 65k. So you borrow to pay the 35k tax and that only compounds the difference. So, who would you rather waste your money? Government or seed company.
