Subject: RE: Ag. input suppliers attitudes. ? For coup

USA
Had 510 acres with eight rows of Agrigold 6573,eight Epley 2300, eight Agrigold 6632 across the whole deal the three were pretty equal.

Had 240 acres with eight rows Agrigold 6573, eight Epley 2110, eight Channel 214-12. Epley 2110 didn't live up to expectation. Kernel count showed best yield of anything planted this year. Combine results were different. Run 25-30 bu less than the other two hybrids in the planter. Had two others in this part of the world that had 2110 that were satisfied with their's vs what else they had planted.

Had Epley 1500 and 1110 split in the planter on 80 acres of 300 acres. 1110 was 20 bu less than 1500. Had Channel 209-50 and Channel 207-01 on the other 220 acres. Thought before harvest 209-50 would beat Epley 1500.Combine results were pretty much even on 209-50 and 1500 while they weren't side by side were on same kind of dirt.

Hard to base to much on 2016 results with the type of year we had. Am kind of surprised the Epley corn did as well it did in a really high yield type year.

Going to plant Epley again in 2017 , plan is to plant it on about half the acres this year. Going to plant 1500, 1520, 2200 and 2300.
