I had a seed salesman for the coop start going on about how these rents will have to come down I said they have come down I have a landlord that has lowered the rent over 100 bucks from when we had 7$ corn and u seed people expect me to get excited over a 5% discount from last year when are you going to do your part? Got awfully quiet.
