Do NOT go into debt that far. Community College and transfer to a land grant university. Extend out your education to 8 years and get a job. You need to come out close to debt free.
Consider a useful trade education- my son is doing really well with a 2 yr machining degree. Up to $20/hr in three years and no end to employment opportunities. Downside(or upside if you have no life)- lots of required overtime(not enough machinists) and you need to change jobs to get raises. Hes had four so far. Luckily he found the jobs seems to cluster in areas so he hasn't had to move every job change. | |
