Northern Illinois | go to community college for 2 years. Will cut down on costs.
get you degree in something that will provide a job the rest of your life. If your passion is ag maybe ag education.
Here (northern Illinois) I don't see a promising life in production ag unless someone has controllable acres and a lot of them. Look at your location and see how the farming landscape has changed in the last 30 years. Now accelerate that change for the next 30 years. Is someone starting out with out a land base going to be able to survive in that environment.
Maybe not what you want to hear but you did say shape a young guys life. | |
