I'd like to thank you all for your great ideas. We've had some really good meals to this point this fall. My Dad and Brother have enjoyed them very much as well.
I'd like to thank my beautiful wife for posting this thread and for taking care of us this fall. More than anything it's just good to see her and my son in the evenings.
