| Lunch: mostly sandwiches (beef salad, cold cuts, BLT, no PBJ unless requested) or leftovers from yesterday.
One night of pizza per week
sub sandwiches when mom is overwhelmed and can't cook
fried chicken
hamburgers
lasagna
roast beef and gravy
taters and hamburger gravy
cheeseburger soup
potato soup
beef stew
other good things that I'm not remembering. Subs and pizza usually store bought, everything else homemade.
Pretty much every meal: jello with bananas, pint jar milkshake, fruit of some sort
Cooler in truck or two for pop, gatorade, candy bars, cookies, jerky and sausage sticks.
Mom preps and freezes a lot of stuff a month before harvest--doesn't do a lot of meals outside of harvest. Got a bunch of cheap paper bowls + lids for everybody's individual portions. Think they came from a dillons store that does takeout. | |
