The guys around here always want meals they can eat with one hand...usually burgers. Last year I was trying to think of something new and came up with a grilled cheese, ham and egg sandwich wrapped up in tinfoil. I found that you can use a canning lid (sprayed with cooking oil) on the griddle to drop the egg into to keep it the right size. It worked really well and it was a hit with my husband. It is a little messy if you leave the egg over easy but he really enjoys it. Sometimes I flip the egg just to get it more cooked and less runny. At least then it's not running as he's trying to eat his sandwich on the go.

I would love more ideas too. I get really sick of making burgers and my husband is a pretty picky eater so trying to mix it up doesn't always work.
