Subject: RE: organic no-till soybeans u dont have any giant rag?

Were hiring weeding crews, costing about 120 dollars an acre to pull it. Setting our cut away disks as tight as we can, but those few plants that are in row can do alot of damage they have to come out no other way they have to come out. Have tried flaming, vinegars, nothing will stop them other then being pulled. They can germinate from 2 to 3 inches below ground so a hoe will not take em out if it did the crop would go with them. Did the rye and no tilled beans into 38 inch rows.flamed the rows and hard, have to be careful can kill beans with a flamer and also can set the rye on fire.lol Set the rags back but will probably end up walking them besides a tight cultivation a couple weeks ago. If we didnt have rag weed organic would be easy. Need that organic weed spray thats been in the works last 3 years, nothing on the market yet, something that will work on the root.
