| Your math in the above statement is also incorrect. The annual ROI would be calculated at $2,112.50 / 5years / $65,000 = .65% or 1% minus the taxes, you should understand that simple math.
But this diverges from our original conversation, would you please enlighten me what the ROI is when I invest $65,000 in an item that returns $65,000? You seem to think its 10.7% as shown in my example above, I simply disagree.
Just be aware, by using your method of calculating ROI, a person would have the ability to spend themselves rich, when in reality, a 10% ROI in your calculation would result in lower net worth/cash at the end of the year.
If you disagree, please explain where my calculations are incorrect in the examples shown in the previous post.
