That is easy Brian, but again it is not an apples to apples caparison in my opinion. The tile is the better deal , but if you tile someone else's ground without some sort of way to recoup that cost other than the increase in yield......you will be setting yourself up for the possibility to be buying that tile again. I know farms that have put considerable tile and large improvements like large fence row removal , then lost it soon after to out of the area renters at more dollars. I don't think my neighbors got a thank you either.
