The owner is not willing to make the investment, period. You yourself have made several posts on the benefits of tile. What part of my proposal doesn't seem right to you? ( I've edited a previous post)I've done this on 3 farms over the last 25 yrs without a problem.

Nothing. I am very much in favor of tile. I just would not tile someone else's farm. This is just my opinion. In ten years when your neighbor is farming it how will you feel. Once again, this is just me. Good luck with what happens (personnally your landlord is an idiot for not taking your offer).
