Ooookay, I see that kind of mentality here. A pothole gets tiled, then tilled (the deeper the better of course), gets planted, replanted, produces a good crop of weeds or cattails. In the fall, the cycle starts all over, get ripped again (we'll rip deeper this time), maybe install a second stand pipe,  the operator believes it will be  "better next year". It never is. Where does the madness end?
