One of my good friends built a sale barn approximately 20 years ago. From where I live there are 6 sale barns within a 60 mile radius. He is a people person and is very accommodating.
To make a long story short he has made a lot of $$$$ running this barn. He does it right.
Would you buy a sale barn?
