What I do read and hear a lot is that sales barns tend to be within a town, or very close, and they run into a whole heap of issues with the city meeting country, EPA, smells, regulation, we don't want you here, type of issues.
Once the town grows out to the sale barn everyone seems to want to shut the worthless smelly thing down......
So, location would mean a lot?
